Hi! I’m Asha, a mom, a full-time Data Analytics Manager, and someone on a mission to reclaim wellness while balancing the demands of modern life.

After being diagnosed with disc degeneration and grade 2 cervical stenosis, I chose to face my challenges head-on. I’m healing my body and mind through yoga, meditation, an anti-inflammatory diet, and a renewed focus on self-care.
